Properties : Using Kapton MT high thermal conductive material, has the advantages of high thermal conductivity, thin, high heat-resistance and high tear strength, and Kapton is bonded well with high thermal conductive silicone, it has high tensile strength, and not easy to be deformed when screw in. PMP-P-400 is also compliant with UL94 V0 flammability and has high break-down voltage characteristic.
Application : Use for high-end power supply, power transistor... Kapton material cost is higher.
